The purchase of property in Stanwick Place Subdivision includes an agreement on your part to abide by the 'Act of Restrictions for Stanwick Place Subdivision'. It also makes you a member of the Stanwick Place Homeowners Association with attendant responsibilities and benefits.

One of the benefits of living in a community with a homeowners association is the ability to enforce architectural standards and other restrictions  so as to protect our living standards and increase property values. 

Your responsibilities include paying dues and/or assessments timely and compliance with the requirements in the  'Act of Restrictions'.
